  • Friday Feb. 20, 2026 Only the first 5 Non-For-Profit Vendors will be allowed a display table. The fee will included registration, display area (skirted table, chair and power)
  • Includes registration, display area (table, chair, power) breakfast and lunch for all 3 days, and admission for 1 to Thursday reception.
  • Sponsoring the cost of one day break refreshments

Location: Holiday Inn Crystal Lake Conference Center     

Conference can be paid for immediately online by credit card. Please note that payee is subject to registration costs, in addition to applicable taxes and credit card fees. Registrations are not final until payment has been received and a confirmation email sent. If the option to generate an Invoice/Purchase Order is selected, the registration space is considered “PENDING” and will not be guaranteed until payment is received. In the circumstance that maximum capacity of an event is reached via fully-paid attendees, all pending registrations will be moved to “WAIT-LIST” status and will be approved or disapproved by the Treasurer.

Unless otherwise specified, no refund requests will be accepted after February 24, 2027, as food and beverage numbers are finalized with the hotel. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to a majority vote by the Board of Directors. Refunds are not guaranteed and all refund requests will be heard and handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are subject to forfeit of credit card transaction fees. Refunds will not given to event “no-shows".  

IAPEM will not be involved in any dispute between a  registered  attendee and the  private hotel/conference center.
